Tree Trimming and Pruning in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida

Limbs over the roof, deadwood over the driveway, oaks that have not been touched in years. We trim for safety and health, not just looks.

Tree Trimming and Pruning

Tree Trimming and Pruning, done right

Most of the trees we remove after a storm could have been saved with a trim the year before. Clearing limbs off the roof line, taking out deadwood and thinning a heavy crown lets the wind move through the tree instead of pushing it over. We climb or work from the bucket truck, make proper cuts at the collar, and never top a tree.

FAQ

Tree Trimming and Pruning questions

How often should trees be trimmed?

Most oaks and pines near a house do well on a three-to-five-year cycle. Trees over the roof or near lines should be looked at every year or two.

Do you top trees?

No. Topping leaves weak regrowth that breaks in the next storm. We reduce crowns with proper cuts instead.

Can you trim just the limbs over my roof?

Yes. Roof-line clearance is one of our most common jobs and it is priced on its own.
