Land Clearing, Lot Clearing and Machine Service
Building a house, opening a pasture or taking back an overgrown fence line. Our track loader, mini excavator and grapple truck clear it and haul it.
Land Clearing and Machine Service
Land Clearing and Machine Service, done right
Clearing is where our equipment earns its keep. The track loader with a mulching or grapple head takes down brush and small trees, the mini excavator pulls roots and grades, the bucket truck and crane handle the big timber, and the grapple truck hauls it all. One crew, one estimate, from a half-acre homesite to a pasture.

The Process
How land clearing and machine service works with us
- 1
Walk the lot
We flag what stays, what goes and where the pad or drive will sit, then quote it in writing.
- 2
Clear
Loader and excavator work the brush and roots, the tree crew handles the timber.
- 3
Haul and grade
Debris leaves on the grapple truck. The ground is left rough-graded and ready for the next trade.
FAQ
Land Clearing and Machine Service questions
Do you clear whole lots or just trees?
Both. We take everything from undergrowth to 100-foot pines and leave the ground ready to build on.
Can you leave some trees?
Yes. Selective clearing is common; we flag keepers with you before any machine starts.
Do you do grading?
Rough grading and root raking after clearing, yes. Finished grading and pads are coordinated with your builder.
